Child Safety & CSAE Protection Policy

Applies to all applications operated by Realizer Software AG: Realizer, Lifechanger, GoodNews Social, Microfranchise.

1. Introduction

Realizer Software AG (“we”, “our”, “the Company”) is committed to protecting children from harm, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), exploitation, grooming, trafficking, and any form of child endangerment.

This policy applies to all users, all content, all features, and all services in our applications:

  • Lifechanger
  • Realizer
  • GoodNews Social
  • Microfranchise

We strictly prohibit the creation, sharing, distribution, or promotion of CSAM or any harmful content involving minors.

2. Zero-Tolerance Policy

We maintain a zero-tolerance stance toward:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Sexual or suggestive content involving minors
  • Grooming or attempts to contact a minor for sexual purposes
  • Sexualization of minors, including comments or AI-generated content
  • Human trafficking or exploitation
  • Encouragement of harmful behavior (self-harm, violence, substance abuse)

Any violation results in immediate account suspension, mandatory reporting, and cooperation with legal authorities.

3. Reporting Harmful Content

All apps include built-in tools for reporting harmful or inappropriate content, including:

  • Sexual
  • Violent
  • Hateful
  • Harmful
  • Child-related concerns

Reported items are forwarded to our moderation team.

4. Moderation Process

When a report is submitted:

  1. Immediate review within 24 hours.
  2. If content may relate to child harm → escalated to priority manual review.
  3. If CSAM or grooming is suspected → instant account suspension.
  4. Content is preserved securely for legal authorities.
  5. We report to appropriate national agencies, including:
  • Local law enforcement
  • NCMEC (US) or equivalent authority

We follow regulations under:

  • EU Digital Services Act (DSA)
  • Swiss regulations
  • UN guidelines
  • Google Play & Apple App Store safety rules

5. Data Handling

If CSAM is detected:

  • Data is never stored longer than legally required.
  • We use hash-matching and blocking to prevent re-uploads.
  • Evidence is securely transmitted to authorities.

We never share data except where required by law.

6. Age Restrictions

Our apps are designed for users aged 16+ (or as required by regional law).

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

7. Staff Training & Internal Controls

All team members with moderation or system access receive training in:

  • CSAM detection and reporting
  • Risk identification
  • Safety escalation procedures
  • Data protection and evidence handling

Only authorized personnel may access user-generated content.

8. Cooperation With Authorities

We fully cooperate with:

  • Swiss Federal Police
  • European law enforcement
  • Google Safety teams
  • Apple App Review teams
  • National CSAM reporting centers

We provide logs and evidence when legally required.
